Shipping Information
Clothes Minded offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the U. S.
All orders placed through Clothes Minded will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 1 - 2 business days after placing your order. If you wish to have your items expedited via USPS or UPS please use the shipping calculator to estimate the cost and include it with your purchase.
Completed orders may not be canceled prior to shipment; however, returns are accepted according to the return policy below.
If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee. If a reshipment is not requested within (14) days of return, we will issue a refund, less all shipping fees.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a refund within (7) days of the purchase date. Clothes Minded will gladly cover the cost of the returned shipping fee.
All SALE purchases are FINAL. Please shop carefully. Returns or exchanges on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may ship the item back to make an exchange. Please note, all items you wish to exchange must be returned in their original, unworn condition within (7) days of the purchase date. Clothes Minded will gladly cover the cost of the exchange shipping fee.
Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
International Orders
Clothes Minded gladly ships to customers Worldwide. We offer FREE SHIPPING on international orders of $150 or more. All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by your local government. FedEx and USPS only act as collectors for fees due to Customs, and may issue additional invoices as part of the duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs laws. Clothes Minded will not be responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country’s regulations.
International orders are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Under special circumstances a store credit may be negotiated.

Clothes Minded LLC does not share sell or rent your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required by law. All collected information is for the purpose of completing your transaction. However we send newsletters and promotional offers to customers who select to receive them.
